Guerrilla Fitness has evolved by fusing different aspects of training, taking elements from various disciplines and packaging workouts up to deliver maximum effectiveness in improving strength, power, endurance and stamina.

Founder of Guerrilla Fitness gives his overview of view of where the vision came from.
From working in the fitness industry for the last 24 years and being involved in strength training, power lifting, boxing, kick boxing, circuit classes, boxercise, aerobics, personal training, kettle bells, calisthenics , olympic lifting, athletics and a range of other styles of training. With hobbies including, snow boarding, skiing, surfing, swimming and mountain climbing I have realised to maintain interest and keep motivation up to enjoy exercise your brain has to be stimulated.
Sports specific training has to be done for athletes that are involved in sport but Guerrilla Fitness lets anyone train like a professional.
With the use of alternative equipment and quirky environments blended with quality traditional gym equipment. The emphasis is on leaving your session buzzing and wanting more. Not only has your session filled your exercise requirements but also leaves you excited to do it again.
I believe that traditional gyms have their place if people,know what they are doing, unfortunately the majority of the general public don’t know what they are doing and are therefore wasting their hard earned money on paying their membership sitting down pulling on cables not working their body the way it was built to work.
We get the fundamentals right, we teach you the squatting movement, the correct technique on a lunge, the rowing movements to pull resistance towards you, the pressing movement for pushing and the twisting movement that we make connecting to the lower and upper body.
THEN WE USE ARE IMAGINATION TO BRING IN ALL THE MOVEMENTS WITH RESISTANCE AND RELEVANCE TO WHAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE
We can make workouts sports specific or purely for a sweat. This is the way forward in exercise, once we add in the ambience of one of our Ware-House Gym facilities there is no better place to workout.
